For non-electronic products:
It is essential to inspect them in the presence of the delivery personnel. If any damage is observed during this inspection, please contact us immediately with proof of the damage, and we will promptly resolve the matter. Please note that all our products undergo thorough checks before delivery, so any complaints received after the delivery personnel has left your premises may not be considered.
Regarding electronic products:
We provide a 7-day warranty. Should you encounter any issues with the product within the first 7 days, we offer the option to exchange the product. It is crucial to inspect electronic items in the presence of the delivery person, and if any problem is noticed, kindly reach out to us right away, and we will address the matter promptly. However, please be aware that we cannot compensate for any physical damages; only technical issues will be eligible for replacement. If there are any false claims of damage, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery fee.
